Description

Automatic Vehicle Flows Control System (AVFCS) is purposed to form database for automatic registration of vehicles, crossing road checkpoints; to control automatically road checkpoints; to form accounts and analyze data, concerning vehicles, crossing road checkpoints.

The main tasks, solved by the AVFC System are as following:

1. Automatic registration of vehicles, crossing road checkpoints to the both directions;

2. Automatic identification of vehicles, registered in black-list and automatic regulation of their movement;

3. Road regulation devices control (barriers and traffic lights), located on the road checkpoints;

4. Formation of various statistic and other reports, concerned vehicles, crossing road checkpoints.

The system consists of the following main components:

1. Devices for setting and fixation of vehicles;
2. Devices for traffic regulation;
3. Computers;
4. Software for inspector's automatic workstation.

Principles of System’s Work

Inspector's workstation may function in the following modes:

1. normal mode;
2. identification mode of vehicle, contained in black-list;
3. traffic regulation devices control mode;
4. search mode of vehicle on number plate;
5. mode of formation, view and print of statistic reports.
