• Scheme of measurement instrumentation approval

In accordance with 17 clause “Provision of measurement instrumentation unity” of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measurement instrumentation, designed for batch production or batch import on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applied in the sphere of state metrological control is subject to testing with further approval of this measurement instrumentation.

The decision of measurement instrumentation testing is taken by authorized body and confirmed by approval certificate of measurement instrumentation of a standard pattern. The validity of this certificate is determined by its issue.
Measurement instrumentation testing for pattern approval is hold by state metrological service.

The approved type of measurement instrumentation is registered in the state system of measurement instrumentation unity provision.

Sign of measurement instrumentation type approval is marked on exploitative documents, accompanying each copy in a form, established by the authorized body.

Information of measurement instrumentation type approval and decision of approved type cancellation are published in official editions of authorized body.

Publishing, application, selling and advertising of measurement instrumentations, which have not passed type approval testing or meteorological certification, are prohibited.

• State metrological control

State metrological control is hold by authorized body and its territorial subdivisions for testing of requirements compliance of Law and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international agreements and normative documents for measurement instrumentation unity provision by legal and natural persons.

Measurement instrumentations are objects of state metrological control.

State metrological control of objects is applied for measurements, which results are used by labor and traffic safety works. This requirement is included in 5point of 23 clause of “Measurements instrumentation unity provision”.

• Measurement instrumentation testing

Red Speed (red light and speed violations fixating system) and laser speed measuring system Speed Guard – are subject to testing by turnout and exploitation as objects of state metrological control. The initial testing of the mentioned measurement instrumentation, hold by production output on the manufacturer’s plant is approved in the Republic of Kazakhstan. That is confirmed by “act of testing of technical competence of testing (calibrating) laboratory of Red Speed International Ltd, UK, for approval of initial measurement instrumentation testing”, approved by General Director of RSE “KazInMetr”.

The testing is hold by metrological services of legal persons, accredited for this activity in order, established by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning accreditation in the sphere of compliance assessment.

• Testing laboratory of Galamdik Technologiyalar Ltd.

Testing laboratory of Galamdik Technologiyalar acts on the base of Accreditation certificate, registered in accreditation subjects’ log, dated by 01.10.2008 (№KZ.П.00.0240), approved “Sphere of accreditation” and in accordance with requirements of normative documents, which govern measurement instrumentations testing.

Testing laboratory staff includes qualified specialists (certificates of specialists), who have passed training on specialized courses and constantly increase their proficiency.

In the testing laboratory there is elaborated Quality Management System in accordance with SS RK ISO/IEK 17025-2007, directed at satisfying needs of the laboratory customers.
