Efficient vehicle for examination of sites of traffic crashes is specialized vehicle, purposed to support work of the operational group on the sites of traffic crashes.
The vehicle is equipped with photogrammetric complex, additional illumination sources and auxiliary equipment, providing fixation of situation on various types of occurrences and crimes, draw up necessary materials, immediately on the site of occurrence.

Non-intrusive measuring instrument provides objective, full and accurate fixation of environment on the sites of various occurrences and crimes, using digital photography and photogrammetric method of spatial measurements.
The complex determines three-dimensional coordinates of objects (situation points), and to measure objects and traces, on the distance from 0.1 to 61 m from the camera. Fault of measurement does not exceed 3%, depending on remoteness of the photographed objects. |
Photogrammetric processing of the images is fulfilled, using PC and special software. Diagrams are drawn, applying special graphic editor, database and conventional signs of vehicles, road equipment, etc. Then diagrams are printed . Graphic editor has block of animation, permitting to investigate versions of the situation on the highway, preceding traffic crash.

The vehicle is equipped with the radio communication devices (auto radio 136-174 Ì Hz and portable radio stations 136-174 Ì Hz), digital cameras. Portable computer and printer are placed in compartment.

The following equipment is placed in the vehicle compactly: portable road signs, tripod for road signs, alcohol analyzer, devices “Kremniy” and “Narkotest”, portable illumination device, dictaphone, rod of traffic controller, tape-measures, shoe covers, overalls.
All the equipment is connected to the power supply (portable gasoline-electric device and UPS) with a help of special power unit.
