In accordance with 17 clause “Provision of measurement instrumentation unity” of Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, measurement instrumentation, designed for batch production or batch import on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applied in the sphere of state metrological control is subject to testing with further approval of this measurement instrumentation. The decision of measurement instrumentation testing is taken by authorized body and confirmed by approval certificate of measurement instrumentation of a standard pattern. The validity of this certificate is determined by its issue. Measurement instrumentation testing for pattern approval is hold by state metrological service. The approved type of measurement instrumentation is registered in the state system of measurement instrumentation unity provision. Sign of measurement instrumentation type approval is marked on exploitative documents, accompanying each copy in a form, established by the authorized body. Information of measurement instrumentation type approval and decision of approved type cancellation are published in official editions of authorized body. Publishing, application, selling and advertising of measurement instrumentations, which have not passed type approval testing or meteorological certification, are prohibited.
State metrological control is hold by authorized body and its territorial subdivisions for testing of requirements compliance of Law and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international agreements and normative documents for measurement instrumentation unity provision by legal and natural persons.
Red Speed (red light and speed violations fixating system) and laser speed measuring system Speed Guard – are subject to testing by turnout and exploitation as objects of state metrological control. The initial testing of the mentioned measurement instrumentation, hold by production output on the manufacturer’s plant is approved in the Republic of Kazakhstan. That is confirmed by “act of testing of technical competence of testing (calibrating) laboratory of Red Speed International Ltd, UK, for approval of initial measurement instrumentation testing”, approved by General Director of RSE “KazInMetr”. The testing is hold by metrological services of legal persons, accredited for this activity in order, established by legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning accreditation in the sphere of compliance assessment.
Testing laboratory of Galamdik Technologiyalar acts on the base of Accreditation certificate, registered in accreditation subjects’ log, dated by 01.10.2008 (¹KZ.Ï.00.0240), approved “Sphere of accreditation” and in accordance with requirements of normative documents, which govern measurement instrumentations testing. Testing laboratory staff includes qualified specialists (certificates of specialists), who have passed training on specialized courses and constantly increase their proficiency. In the testing laboratory there is elaborated Quality Management System in accordance with SS RK ISO/IEK 17025-2007, directed at satisfying needs of the laboratory customers.
June 26, 2008 Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd. successfully passed the first supervision audit of acting quality management system in the TUV CERT system for meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000. On the 19 of March 2008, Galamdik Technologiyalar Ltd., successfully passed the supervisory audit of the existing Management Quality System in order to test the compliance of this system to the requirements of RK ISO 9001-2001. The audit was conducted by “Inter Cert” Certification Center Ltd. Galamdik Technologiyalar Ltd. obtained a license of Agency on informational support and communication of Republic of Kazakhstan for realization of business activity and rendering of services of data communications. Galamdik Technologiyalar Ltd received the international certificate TUV CERT, verifying the compliance of QMS to ISO 9001:2000
March 28-30, 2007 «Galamdyk Technologiyalar» took part in International Conference and Exhibition of information-communication technologies «E-KAZAKHSTAN» hold in Astana.
«Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd» has received the certificate confirmed the Quality Management System according to ST RK ISO 9001-2001 in The State system of technical regulation Republic of Kazakhstan On 25-26 December 2006, the worker of “Galamdyk Tehnologiyalar” Ltd., Sidletskiy Oleg, took participation in the seminar of “Alvarion” company –“BreezeACCESS – VL Radio Network Planning” and received a certificate. “Galamgyk Tehnologiyalar” Ltd., successfully passed certification audit concerning the confirmation of conformity of Quality Management System with State Technical Control System. Distance interactive learning for system of government employees in the Eurasian region. On 17 March 2006 year was held workshop by Agency of government service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eurasian Center of government employees education center, central state structures, “Galamdyk Tekhnologiyalar” company, and “Intelitec” (Israel) aiming to study opportunities of using distance learning and maximum involvement of all government employees by education process, using of single standards, teaching and methodological materials. In the official ceremony of workshop opening were participated: chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on government service affairs Turisbekov Z.K., director of government employees' Eurasian center Zhienbayev E.R., representative of “Galamdyk Tekhnologiyalar Ltd” Gil Smoilinski, representative of Israel Company “Intelitec”.

  The program was suggested during workshop which includes making and equipment of the Center of governmental employee's distance learning, regional centers of distance learning, theirs activities will be directed to the trainings of employees of rayon, city and republic level. It will be supported by opportunities to learn the governmental employees in theirs offices. Participants of workshop expressed theirs intentions to conduct measures on development of State program of introduction for remote education of governmental employees in the Republic of Kazakhstan .
On January 17, 2006, Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd. took part in presentation of Main Control Center of Customs Control Committee of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan On January 17, 2006 , Customs Control Committee of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan has held presentation of Main Control Center , created by technical specialists of Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd., for representatives of the raw of Governmental bodies and mass media.  The presentation showed features of firmware complex of the Center for solution of significant tasks of Kazakhstan customs. Particularly, it was noted that Main Control Center of Customs Control Committee integrates all existing information systems of customs authorities of RK and contributes to the analytic researches in customs activities, using all databases. It also continuously monitors and controls processes of customs registration in structural and territorial divisions of Customs Control Committee.    For instance, Automatic Delivery Control System (ADCS) collects delivery control data from all the regional customs authorities. Process of cargo movement is controlled on the territory of Kazakhstan . Automatic Customs Information System (ACIS) collects information of customs registration documents, such as cargo customs declaration (CCD), passenger customs declaration (PCD) and other documents. Customs authorities have four large automatic systems: ACIS, Electronic Customs, ADCS, Customs statistics. Each system has its own central database and information is processed separately. Main Control Center has solved this task and provided access to all databases from the working places. Now, personnel of the Main Control Center have access to information, circulating in the system of customs authorities, from each working place. Managing staff receives information fast to take response measures. Application of geoinformation system and digital map of the Republic of Kazakhstan enables to integrate information resources of customs, provided easy and comfortable access of the personnel to statistic, inquiry and analytic information, and also to video surveillance systems on the customs posts. Centralized video surveillance system enables to monitor customs operations, cargo check and also customs officers' activities, conducting these operations and inspection.
 Contact center of Main Control Center provides ability of effective work with citizens by telephone. Moreover, consulting electronic service for participants of foreign economic activity already functions. Decree of the Head of State included this service to the list of “Electronic Government”. To make information more compact and simple for perception, working places for analysts – representatives of structural divisions of CCC - were organized. They process data into convenient tables, texts, diagrams and video image, which are transferred to the Committee's authorities by network to take proper measures. Every day report is formed, which includes indexes of work of all the divisions of customs bodies. Equipment and software for IP-telephony and conference is applied for comfortable collective work of authorities of Customs Control Committee. Expected results :
Informatization of education, creation and development of the E-learning system in the Republic of Kazakhtan

On October 27th and 28th, 2005, Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd. took part in the first International Exhibition and Forum Keden-2005, organized by the Customs Control Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty city.     The purpose of the exhibition was to introduce to the citizens of Kazakhstan, administration and representatives of the foreign companies, heads of diplomatic missions and participants of foreign-economic activity the advanced and latest technology and equipment, adjusted to customs control on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and borders with the other countries. Galamdyk Technologiyalar Ltd. introduced its new hi-tech designs on information technologies of the customs. Particularly, operating models of Customs kiosk and Main Control Center of Customs Control Committee of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented at the exhibition. The company’s stand showed detailed information of the functional characteristics and abilities of the exhibited program-technical complexes. Qualified specialists of the company replied all the questions and represented all the required documentation. The stand was designed in that way many visitors were able simultaneously to review the work process of the exhibited systems and make their own conclusions of the advantages of their use.
Main Control Center is a complex of the special workstations for personal and collective analytic activity of analysts and managerial group. The major purpose of the Center is to take administrative decisions by means of visualization and deep analytical processing of data. Main Control Center contains means for data collection and analysis, instruments for forecasting activity, design of development models and result visual presenting in format, which will be maximum convenient and useful for the heads of the departments. Main Control Center is an instrument for the daily activities of the persons, who are obliged to control their departments, estimate the current situation and take optimal decision. The role of the Center increases in case of emergency situations rising, when coordination of all the divisions, concentration of the most competent specialists and high rank leaders are required to solve the problems.
